收到商標(biāo)侵權(quán)的小紅旗,郵件說需要提供發(fā)票,請問是提供注冊商標(biāo)的發(fā)票還是產(chǎn)品的發(fā)票。除了發(fā)票,我們還有商標(biāo)回執(zhí),還需要什么資料嗎?

你有查過是不是有同名但是注冊類別不一樣的商標(biāo)存在?
