賬號(hào)網(wǎng)一被關(guān),申訴過了48小時(shí)了,仍然沒有回復(fù)。昨天又追了一封申訴信新增了點(diǎn)東西,還是沒回復(fù),今天有追了一封請求加快審核的信,都快下班了,還是沒回復(fù)

賬號(hào)網(wǎng)一被關(guān)了,申訴過了48小時(shí)了,仍然沒有回復(fù)。 這是什么情況呢?一般來說,回復(fù)的時(shí)間是多長呢?

我個(gè)人申訴經(jīng)驗(yàn),一般12-24小時(shí)內(nèi)就會(huì)回復(fù)的。這是第一次48小時(shí)還沒有任何消息的。心慌。心慌至于呢, 我昨天又追了一封申訴信新增了點(diǎn)東西,還是沒回復(fù),今天有追了一封請求加快審核的信,都快下班了,還是沒回復(fù),接著呢,我又開了case,中文團(tuán)隊(duì)說幫我提交給幾績效團(tuán)隊(duì)??傊?,就是等。

個(gè)人猜測:

1)由于11月3日因?yàn)橄嗤蜿P(guān)了一次,申訴回來了,這次關(guān)了后亞馬遜不想搭理了
2)黑五網(wǎng)一被關(guān)賬戶太多,在排隊(duì)審核中?
