賬號(hào)網(wǎng)一被關(guān)了，申訴過(guò)了48小時(shí)了，仍然沒(méi)有回復(fù)。 這是什么情況呢？一般來(lái)說(shuō)，回復(fù)的時(shí)間是多長(zhǎng)呢？

我個(gè)人申訴經(jīng)驗(yàn)，一般12-24小時(shí)內(nèi)就會(huì)回復(fù)的。這是第一次48小時(shí)還沒(méi)有任何消息的。心慌。心慌至于呢， 我昨天又追了一封申訴信新增了點(diǎn)東西，還是沒(méi)回復(fù)，今天有追了一封請(qǐng)求加快審核的信，都快下班了，還是沒(méi)回復(fù)，接著呢，我又開(kāi)了case，中文團(tuán)隊(duì)說(shuō)幫我提交給幾績(jī)效團(tuán)隊(duì)?？傊?，就是等。

1）由于11月3日因?yàn)橄嗤蜿P(guān)了一次，申訴回來(lái)了，這次關(guān)了后亞馬遜不想搭理了
2）黑五網(wǎng)一被關(guān)賬戶太多，在排隊(duì)審核中？
