在2017年7月份這段時間已收到兩次侵權(quán)、Copyright警告，求指導(dǎo)要怎么應(yīng)對和預(yù)防。

收到兩次侵權(quán)的警告 ,第一次是一款沙灘墊，第二次是一個戒指，嚇的我都檢查了好幾遍產(chǎn)品，我一般賣的都是比較通用的產(chǎn)品，比如襪子之類的，偶爾開發(fā)一些飾品 ， 目前還沒做備案，賬號運(yùn)營一年多了，平均每天20-30單吧，自己一個人做，從沒有刷過單，要過評價，從不會刻意的去賣仿品，我做的是美國站
我把問題說出來請群里的大神幫我解答一下 謝謝 我知道群里的大神很多 我就是個屌絲賣家 寫的不好請見諒?
下面是我的疑問：
1 我的賬號有關(guān)店風(fēng)險嗎？（我認(rèn)為有，可能過段時間或者亞馬遜大規(guī)模關(guān)店）
2 侵權(quán)是跟我沒做備案有關(guān)系嗎 （我感覺不會太嚴(yán)重，因?yàn)橛行┊a(chǎn)品是有專利的，就算注冊備案了，但是沒有美國本地商標(biāo)或者外觀專利根本不管用的，不受保護(hù)，）
3這段時間是不是很多賣家收到侵權(quán)警告（我認(rèn)識的一個朋友 做飾品的這段時間也被警告清泉了）

如果是圖片侵權(quán),過一會應(yīng)該會收到一封郵件"Image Removal Notification"告訴你是哪些圖由于侵權(quán)被刪除了。
