下架之后申訴是個(gè)難題,很多時(shí)候亞馬遜審核人員不同的人審核不同的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),有時(shí)候覺(jué)得資料沒(méi)問(wèn)題了(證書(shū)一定要有),還是不通過(guò)。
分享一些WEEE申訴常用POA表達(dá)模板:
1.Thank you very much for focusing on our account. We received a notice on **(時(shí)間) that our ASIN (******) sales privilege has been removed due to lack of WEEE-reg-nummer.
I am very sorry for this. Since our company was established not long ago and the store registration time is not long, I know I don’t have a thorough understanding of all the rules of Amazon. We are very sorry that we listed the products that require certification before the WEEE certification is successful. We have deeply realized the error and promised that we will not make such errors again.........(注意附上證書(shū)和其他資料)
