產(chǎn)品被Blocked,紅色標(biāo)的不能自已重上,求指點(diǎn)

但我們產(chǎn)品NCX是excellent的,沒(méi)有接到大量差評(píng)或退貨退款,也沒(méi)有客人找我們投訴什么。這"Blocked"來(lái)得突然,一下子就紅標(biāo)不給重上,百思不得其解,后臺(tái)amazon自動(dòng)開(kāi)了一個(gè)case給我,標(biāo)題是"產(chǎn)品investigation",沒(méi)有其它內(nèi)容。然后就是上面那封郵件。我的問(wèn)題是:
1。這種investigation的block有人遇過(guò)嗎?按amazon給的郵件是找不到原因的。只有一個(gè)case在等他們回復(fù)。
2。如果跟賣(mài)不斷退貨會(huì)block我的listing嗎?訂單是跟賣(mài)的應(yīng)該不關(guān)我事吧?
3。會(huì)不會(huì)是對(duì)手惡意買(mǎi)大量我的產(chǎn)品再全退款造成的呢?買(mǎi)家號(hào)這種操作不會(huì)死帳號(hào)嗎?如是這情況amazon竟然會(huì)怪賣(mài)家?
3。這情況會(huì)不會(huì)是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手惡意投訴呢?這樣不是每個(gè)買(mǎi)家號(hào)都可以把人搞死?amazon沒(méi)機(jī)制防止嗎?

客服讓我參考以下幾點(diǎn)書(shū)寫(xiě)申訴郵件:
一、發(fā)生了什么
描述情況。
二、進(jìn)行了哪些調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)了問(wèn)題的原因,為什么這一問(wèn)題會(huì)發(fā)生
例如,審核了店鋪里所有的listing,查看了最近三個(gè)月的買(mǎi)家-賣(mài)家郵件等。發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的根源,原因,從自身尋找問(wèn)題。
三、短期內(nèi)的緊急處理
認(rèn)識(shí)到問(wèn)題的嚴(yán)重性)
