收到一封侵權(quán)郵件,不知道是版權(quán)侵權(quán)還是其他的原因侵權(quán),有辦法查出來具體的侵權(quán)原因嗎?

最近收到一封亞馬遜的侵權(quán)郵件,產(chǎn)品鏈接被封了,郵件的內(nèi)容是寫我版權(quán)侵權(quán)了。產(chǎn)品我自己查了,也讓服務(wù)商查了,都查不到有相關(guān)專利。
發(fā)郵件給那封侵權(quán)郵件留的郵箱,問投訴人是哪方面侵權(quán)了,但是一直沒收到回復(fù)。
目前我自己覺得有兩種可能。
1、 產(chǎn)品侵權(quán)了,可能是我們自己查不出來哪里侵權(quán)。
2. 盜圖或者抄襲描述侵權(quán)。因為產(chǎn)品是美國人做的,亞馬遜自營的產(chǎn)品,亞馬遜鏈接上只有一張圖片。我在網(wǎng)上找了幾張圖片,可能是盜了獨立站的圖片和描述(盜的圖片和描述是亞馬遜上沒有的),然后被投訴了。
所以想問下各位,有沒有辦法能知道是什么原因鏈接被封了呢?

How do I submit this information?
Go to Received Intellectual Property Complaints under the Product Policy Compliance section in account health (https://sellercentral.amazon.c ... hboard) and locate the deactivation record for this product listing. Click on the Appeal button next to the listing deactivation record to submit information necessary to reactivate your listing.
Have your listings been removed in error?
If you have never sold or listed the product, please reach out to us and tell us.
If you think that the rights owner has made an error in sending the notice, please reach out to the rights owner and ask for a retraction of the notice. To retract the complaint, the rights owner must send the retraction to us at notice-retraction@amazon.com or use the retraction function in Brand Registry.

最近我們遇到了亞馬遜說由于我們ASIN重復(fù)創(chuàng)建導(dǎo)致ASIN被關(guān)閉的問題的了,我們申訴說沒有關(guān)閉,然后客服一直踢皮球的呢?然后多渠道開case,又說是侵權(quán)的,已經(jīng)10天的了,一直都這樣的,有遇到同樣的問題嗎?服務(wù)商申訴也不能夠解決,有遇到同樣的問題解決OK的嗎?求私聊
