首先我們的情況如下，
1.我們產(chǎn)品在19年10月開始售賣，并注冊了外觀專利
2.我們售賣的產(chǎn)品被對方在20年2月注冊了版權(quán)
3.我們的專利現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)下證，但是對方使用版權(quán)投訴我們，我們的listing被亞馬遜下架，寫郵件給notice dispute 回復(fù)不能恢復(fù)
4.現(xiàn)在我們想通過給counter-notice寫郵件恢復(fù)我們的listing，但是不知道成功的格式
