第二次收到績(jī)效說(shuō)五點(diǎn)中添加了不正確的信息,Listing被移除。申訴一直收到的是無(wú)關(guān)的模板回復(fù),求助如何解決

收到亞馬遜績(jī)效通知郵件,說(shuō)我店鋪有ASIN因?yàn)樵谠斍轫?yè)面添加了不正確的信息,成為受限商品。我的產(chǎn)品之前因?yàn)楸桓u過(guò),所以在五點(diǎn)中寫了請(qǐng)買家認(rèn)準(zhǔn)我們的品牌, 跟賣的其他賣家是假貨的等內(nèi)容。 第一次收到這個(gè)郵件,我們刪除了說(shuō)跟賣的賣家的那一部分內(nèi)容,然后寫郵件到listings-evaluation@amazon.com, 第二天就恢復(fù)了。


過(guò)了一兩個(gè)星期就在上上周又收到同樣的績(jī)效通知,說(shuō)5點(diǎn)有誤,然后我把“請(qǐng)買家認(rèn)準(zhǔn)我們的品牌”等所有的內(nèi)容都刪除了。已經(jīng)修給listings-evaluation@amazon.com 。但是從發(fā)了幾十封了,一直都是同一個(gè)模板回復(fù)

3. Edit the inactive ASIN by updating the current page.?
4. Save, then email?listings-evaluation@amazon.com?with a description of what you have fixed on the product detail page.?
Once we review the product detail page and determine the policy issue has been addressed, we will reinstate the ASIN.?

我6月26號(hào)有5個(gè)ASIN因?yàn)槲妩c(diǎn)描述中添加了不正確的信息導(dǎo)致受限了,我分享下我是如何解決的:首先去ASIN的編輯頁(yè)面把五點(diǎn)描述里面防跟賣的描述都給去掉然后點(diǎn)擊Save,你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)詳情頁(yè)面還是更新不了。這個(gè)時(shí)候就去后臺(tái)開(kāi)英文Case,說(shuō)自己已經(jīng)修改了五點(diǎn)描述,但是實(shí)時(shí)詳情頁(yè)面無(wú)法更新,給listing團(tuán)隊(duì)也發(fā)了信息都不回復(fù),能否幫我轉(zhuǎn)到internal teams 內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)去處理這個(gè)問(wèn)題?如果被客服拒絕的話就繼續(xù)開(kāi),如果覺(jué)得我的分享有幫助的話,麻煩幫我點(diǎn)個(gè)贊...我想發(fā)發(fā)帖. 感謝感謝
