While the carrier has taken an appointment, we have observed that LTL carriers sometimes deliver freight physically at different times through different appointments than initially scheduled. We recommend that you contact your carrier to verify the actual physical location of your cartons and ensure their delivery to the Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) facility.

We recommend that you work directly with your carrier to verify the actual physical location of your shipment and ensure it is delivered to the correct AWD facility.
Please be aware that the Electronic Proof of Delivery (POD) provided by carriers only confirms that the carrier's trailer has arrived and been unloaded at Amazon. Amazon does not inspect shipment contents, including purchase orders, and makes no claims regarding the quality, quantity, or condition of items received. Therefore, the Electronic POD does not verify that all purchase orders have been received. This POD can be used to initiate a claims process if needed, but any confirmation of received pallets, units, and cartons will require further investigation conducted according to Amazon policies.
