先介紹一些情況：亞馬遜店鋪對應(yīng)的資質(zhì)主體有做公司更名（法人、地址等沒有變），這兩天主動觸發(fā)消費者法案修改公司名稱，已經(jīng)完成審核，但晚上突然收到郵件，要電話指導（之前沒有主動聯(lián)系過亞馬遜客服），不知道是不是類似視頻驗證，要對店鋪進行審核？
