一早收到郵件【美國商標(biāo)申請(qǐng)序列號(hào)976XXXXX-錯(cuò)誤、粗糙或錯(cuò)誤的命名警告】應(yīng)該怎么去處理？

今天凌晨掃了一下郵件，看到了一個(gè)美國商標(biāo)局發(fā)來的郵件。一下子睡意全無，莫不是商標(biāo)暴雷了？
我是第一次遇到這個(gè)問題，這個(gè)是不是商標(biāo)暴雷，問題大不大的，我這邊應(yīng)該怎么去處理這個(gè)事情。求大佬們幫幫小弟。

SERIAL NUMBER: 976XXXXX
ISSUE DATE: December 16, 2024

更新一下服務(wù)商給的回復(fù)：‘’這個(gè)核實(shí)清楚了，當(dāng)時(shí)變更律師的時(shí)候是律師助理用律師授權(quán)的賬號(hào)操作的，律師不知情所以把代理取消了，你的商標(biāo)已經(jīng)下證了，也已經(jīng)備過案了，沒有任何影響，不需要操作什么‘’

然后通過論壇認(rèn)識(shí)的另外一個(gè)賣家收到的回復(fù)：‘’律師掉了，應(yīng)該是美國那邊搞的，近期不是要漲官費(fèi)嘛，可能就是想整點(diǎn)經(jīng)費(fèi)唄 而且 圣誕節(jié)。‘’

這是同一個(gè)服務(wù)商給出兩種不同說法，如果是同一個(gè)說法，還更有底一點(diǎn)。現(xiàn)在兩種不同的說辭，愣了。持懷疑是不是為了敷衍我們。

1.注冊新標(biāo)（同名不同類?持有人不同）關(guān)聯(lián)備案。
2.換靠譜真實(shí)的執(zhí)業(yè)律師。
3.在新店鋪（或者新的買家號(hào)）備案新標(biāo)，做品牌授權(quán)。
