因未在日本本土備案的品牌上架的鏈接被系統(tǒng)部分散開,要怎么合并?
我們后臺(tái)查看鏈接是合并的,但是前臺(tái)看鏈接,是部分散開,部分合并在一起的,我們咨詢客服得到的答復(fù)是散開的鏈接和合并的鏈接因?yàn)槠放艻D編號(hào)不同,被系統(tǒng)判定為不是品牌所有者,導(dǎo)致的鏈接散開。
這種情況,要怎么操作?有哪位大神能否幫幫忙~謝謝!!
補(bǔ)充一些信息:
舊鏈接上的品牌名是一致,是被系統(tǒng)判定為不一致,但是舊鏈接的品牌名,不是我們現(xiàn)在所備案的品牌名;因?yàn)榕f鏈接的品牌名是我們當(dāng)時(shí)臨時(shí)用的,當(dāng)時(shí)只弄了白名單,并沒有注冊(cè)以及備案,上架一段時(shí)間后,我們才去注冊(cè)了另外的品牌名以及備案。
