不知道你有沒有發(fā)現(xiàn),亞馬遜現(xiàn)在在卡外觀專利的投訴成功率,很多一模一樣的抄襲,去投訴都會(huì)被拒,而且現(xiàn)在敏感時(shí)期,第一次投訴被拒,可以再去升級(jí)投訴,這個(gè)是不算第二次投訴的,但是如果你還用這個(gè)賬號(hào)投訴,第二次還被拒,那輕則舉報(bào)濫用行為被撤銷,需要去申訴,嚴(yán)重的,品牌會(huì)被判濫用

投訴內(nèi)容可以這樣寫:

Our design No 專利號(hào) has applied for patents in the European Union and other countries/regions concerning the appearance, shape and other functions of its 產(chǎn)品關(guān)鍵詞.
然后這個(gè)地方指出產(chǎn)品相似的地方,具體分點(diǎn)列出來,比如The angle and light on the producr are almost the same as ours. They just adjusted the color based on our product. We believe that (Amazon Seller of 被投訴人店鋪名稱) violated the proprietary our Design. This products are very similar to our proprietary design.
Amazon Seller of 被投訴人店鋪名稱 violated Amazon’s infringement policy.
[Amazon Seller of被投訴人店鋪名稱]’s products are not subject to any authorization from *Community design No 專利號(hào)* and all other possible unauthorized patents.
We request that you terminate list of violations please.
