我的產(chǎn)品不是殺蟲劑，是驅(qū)鳥得，被誤判詞也都刪了，申訴好幾次，二十多天了，來(lái)來(lái)回回十次了，最后一次回復(fù)說(shuō)：建議進(jìn)行的更改：請(qǐng)使用有效的EPA編號(hào)更新農(nóng)藥標(biāo)記屬性，以便可能恢復(fù)
但是我這不是殺蟲劑為什么要提供EPA編號(hào)，大佬們?cè)撛趺蠢^續(xù)申訴呢

編輯商品詳情頁(yè)面---點(diǎn)開合規(guī)信息那一欄---下拉到Pesticide Marking(選擇EPA Registration Number)---下拉到Pesticide Registration Status(選擇This product is not a pesticide or pesticide device, as defined under the U.S. Federal Insecticide,Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.
修改商品屬性后 大概等10分鐘左右 我再去后臺(tái)檢查listing 就這樣我通過修改屬性 這4款被標(biāo)記為殺蟲劑的商品全都恢復(fù)了銷售
處理方法二
通過方法一，上面所提及的4款商品有一款產(chǎn)品賣了近一個(gè)月后又被標(biāo)記成了殺蟲劑 這款產(chǎn)品是滅蚊類的商品 一開始我以為這次真的要認(rèn)栽，大幾百的庫(kù)存要準(zhǔn)備移除 但是我又認(rèn)真的總結(jié)我所售賣的商品應(yīng)該屬于無(wú)需注冊(cè)的殺蟲劑 于是我又通過以下申訴成功恢復(fù)銷售：
【申訴的點(diǎn)如下】
1.在以下網(wǎng)站中找到無(wú)需注冊(cè)殺蟲劑的證據(jù) 向amazon提供有效豁免：
https://www.epa.gov/minimum-ri ... ation
2.tittle/description/bullet points找到合適關(guān)鍵詞截圖證明不含殺蟲劑。
3.提供說(shuō)明書 證明產(chǎn)品是不含殺蟲劑。
4實(shí)拍產(chǎn)品+配件的圖片 證明不含殺蟲劑。
申訴的內(nèi)容如下 直接在后臺(tái)賬戶狀況的“ 違反受限商品政策”中找到被警告的ASN 直接提交申訴：

2).ASIN: ****, you can find from the tittle/description/bullet points are described as a "****“(商品關(guān)鍵詞）, please also refer attachment of "product description". It kills or traps insects and similar pests by electric shock or physical means (UV light), not contain or produce any pesticide product.
3).Please check attached user manual for ASIN: ****, you can better confirm that it's not contain or produce any pesticide.
