消費(fèi)者法案提交身份驗(yàn)證兩個(gè)月，從提交開始就卡在身份驗(yàn)證了，目前停用狀態(tài)，我的是香港公司，資料都沒(méi)有問(wèn)題。
開case身份驗(yàn)證是完成了驗(yàn)證的（附件圖片）奇怪的是身份驗(yàn)證一直在進(jìn)行中，賬號(hào)也并沒(méi)有恢復(fù)銷售?？?jī)效通知說(shuō)需要我提交稅務(wù)信息，在消費(fèi)者法案哪稅務(wù)驗(yàn)證又沒(méi)有入口的（附件圖片)。不知道是卡BUG了，還是需要新的稅務(wù)信息驗(yàn)證入口。開case,打電話都是官方口氣，得不到實(shí)際解決方案。廣大的網(wǎng)友有沒(méi)有辦法或者遇到相似情況的。

How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, follow the instructions below. Your account will be reactivated in 48-72 hours if, after you completed the below steps, we are able to successfully verify your information.
Submit your tax information:
??? Login to your Seller Central account.
??? Go to your Account Information page.
??? Go to the Tax Information section and select Tax Information Interview.
??? Once you are on the interview page, review the information that has been automatically pre-populated, such as your name, permanent address, and tax classification.
??? Enter the tax identification number provided to you by your local tax authority.
??? Upload a government-issued document that substantiates your name (or business name) and tax identification number.
??? Provide electronic signature.
??? Submit for verification.

之前看到有類似的情況，沒(méi)有審核入口，香港公司提交稅務(wù)不成功，審核過(guò)了還顯示要審核（我們有個(gè)別號(hào)是這個(gè)情況），這種問(wèn)題需要找官方的途徑解決（這也是亞馬遜公眾號(hào)的建議）。重新開case，以及找賬戶狀況專員幫忙確認(rèn)目前是什么情況，要求提供新的驗(yàn)證入口給你完成驗(yàn)證。（因?yàn)槟壳暗臒o(wú)法驗(yàn)證）
