我的產(chǎn)品和pocket hose 伸縮水管沒有一點相同，它是可以伸縮3-6倍的，我是一點沒彈性的滲水管，PVC內(nèi)管，不能伸縮，我研究了它的專利，從伸縮性，內(nèi)管，外管接頭，出水方式等角度，全部都對比了下，也截圖了專利書上的內(nèi)容，和商品圖片，現(xiàn)在上傳給亞馬遜申訴了，不知道能不能過，律師的不侵權分析證明在寫，目前說我是沒有侵權的，大家之前有遇到過類似情況嗎，產(chǎn)品和專利品沒有一點相同，卻被投訴下架，自己申訴通過的有么，我現(xiàn)在是自己在等律師的不侵權分析說明的時候先自己試一下，也問了工廠相關專業(yè)名詞，我們真的沒有一點相同啊，使用場景也不同，材質也完全不同，外觀也不同，都不知道專利人是怎么瞎的眼，昨天被下架，半夜就聯(lián)系投訴人的郵箱了，沒有回復
