VAT地址不匹配導致的FBA處于缺貨狀態(tài)(有可售庫存),客服說的用庫存文件刪除重新上傳操作試過了,更改配送方式試過了,半個月了還沒好……

不好意思補充一下,上面這個鏈接是可售的,但是后臺庫存3000多,優(yōu)惠券里面的庫存和賣家精靈監(jiān)控的庫存只有60多,估摸著只是暫時恢復了銷售。

本土店鋪,因為地址不匹配的問題導致封店,然后更新VAT信息后解封了,但是FBA庫存處于缺貨狀態(tài)(有可售庫存),客服說的用庫存文件刪除重新上傳操作試過了,更改配送方式試過了,向郵箱:de-vat-number-appeals-eu,發(fā)送郵件一直沒有回信。請問這種情況到底怎么處理,半個月了還沒好,老板都估計要開除我了.......

這是因為當前庫存被預留是稅號問題導致的,所以倉庫團隊那邊必須收到稅務團隊的釋放庫存的通知之后才能予以釋放所以根源上是稅務團隊那邊的問題。

所以你要郵件聯系一下亞馬遜稅務團隊, 說FBA權限被關了要求恢復,郵箱(de-vat-number-appeals@amazon.com) 。

我的也是更新VAT信息后解封了,但是庫存還一直在預留里面。你可以同時在幫助那里開case跟客服說明一下情況,應該按客服所說過24個小時就能恢復正常。我的是申訴團隊回復后庫存就恢復正常了。
