我的亞馬遜店鋪由于觸發(fā)了視頻認(rèn)證而被停用。法人無(wú)法聯(lián)系，申訴無(wú)望。從店鋪被停用到現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)過(guò)了90天了。我改如何才能把賬號(hào)里面的錢提出來(lái)呢？

1、首先根據(jù)亞馬遜封店郵件里提供的郵箱地址，直接給 disbursement-appeals@amazon.es（這個(gè)郵箱以亞馬遜回復(fù)你的郵件為準(zhǔn)，因?yàn)闋砍兜秸军c(diǎn)不同）寫信請(qǐng)求支付資金，這個(gè)是侵權(quán)的，你可以參考一下

--賬戶運(yùn)營(yíng)方的名稱
--您運(yùn)營(yíng)該銷售賬戶的實(shí)際地址以及在該地址的運(yùn)營(yíng)時(shí)間

違規(guī)情況：這個(gè)你需要根據(jù)自己賬戶的實(shí)際被封原因，寫個(gè)POA行動(dòng)計(jì)劃書，朋友當(dāng)時(shí)一點(diǎn)就是銷售違禁品，另外一點(diǎn)就是違反公平定價(jià)原則。關(guān)于銷售違禁品，沒有申請(qǐng)白名單，確實(shí)不能銷售口罩。那就大方承認(rèn)錯(cuò)誤，確實(shí)沒有仔細(xì)閱讀并遵守政策，并保證不再犯。同時(shí)也告訴亞馬遜自己的產(chǎn)品都是符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的，并呈上FDA認(rèn)證。對(duì)于公平定價(jià)的原則，主要是因?yàn)楦鞣矫娉杀驹黾?，產(chǎn)品、物流等
