歐洲品牌備案問題：歐洲后臺，沒有品牌權限，品牌管理頁面，也沒有備案成功的品牌，當前不知道該怎么操作，請大神指教

我的品牌A（美國和歐洲品牌名一樣，不同類目）目前美國站備案成功，但是歐洲連續(xù)多次備案失敗。? 然后聽了朋友的建議，通過美國備案成功的品牌，關聯(lián)品牌歐洲，然后目前在美國后臺，歐洲的品牌顯示已注冊，但是歐洲后臺，沒有品牌權限，品牌管理頁面，也沒有備案成功的品牌，當前不知道該怎么操作，請大神指教

I may need your help.
As shown in the screenshot, I have successfully registered the “**” brand. I own the “***” brand. I'm internal to the brand and I'm responsible for selling the brand’s products on Amazon,the Asin is ***. We were not able to verify that you meet these requirements.
However, my store is still unable to access the relevant permissions as the following:
I can’t create a “***” brand product.
I can’t access the A+ content page.
I can’t access the brand store.
I really appreciate if you can help me out.
