我們公司2020年3月日本站被一刷封過一次,當(dāng)時(shí)找服務(wù)商申訴回來了
去年10月份又收到了警告信,有打鉤的提交按鈕

目前4個(gè)月過去了,店鋪還是正常銷售在
請(qǐng)問我需要打鉤提交確認(rèn)處理嗎?

主要是已經(jīng)一刷過,我害怕不處理的話,如果180天后給我關(guān)賬號(hào)了,應(yīng)該很難辦了

個(gè)人建議:換店鋪跟賣,趕緊轉(zhuǎn)移產(chǎn)品(最好是干凈獨(dú)立店鋪,萬一掛了不至于牽連其他品牌)
不清楚你一刷是因?yàn)槭裁搓P(guān)的店鋪,但是既然曾經(jīng)封過店就有污點(diǎn),所幸是20年3月-21年10月時(shí)間跨度超過1年了
亞馬遜不管你承認(rèn)不承認(rèn),來了績效通知都會(huì)記在賣家檔案里
即使你承認(rèn)申訴通過了,備注里都會(huì)說后續(xù)審查行動(dòng)請(qǐng)參考這次績效(目前體檢渠道都停了,不然你可以查一查)
除非你有證據(jù)能反申訴,才不會(huì)在12個(gè)月周期里統(tǒng)計(jì)違規(guī)次數(shù)(證明你沒有違反規(guī)則,是誤判)
你這個(gè)賬號(hào)已經(jīng)不安全了,換個(gè)干凈賬號(hào)新績效,目前亞馬遜還不至于跨賬號(hào)統(tǒng)計(jì)品牌違規(guī)次數(shù)
更多的情況是集中在同一賬號(hào)多次違規(guī),主賬號(hào)被封殺,然后品牌連坐/賬號(hào)關(guān)聯(lián)
現(xiàn)在二刷被抓基本就是99%救不回來了,我們?nèi)ツ?2月就經(jīng)歷了血與淚的教訓(xùn)
目前就在苦逼的清庫存,7/8W套貨。。。
