美國(guó)站跟歐洲站同一套資料,美國(guó)站備案的品牌,美國(guó)站二審沒過(guò)(違反了第三條協(xié)議),歐洲站還活著,我在美國(guó)站品牌備案那里把自己的角色刪了,歐洲站之前被授權(quán)了管理者和品牌所有人的角色,然后可以用歐洲站來(lái)撤銷這個(gè)品牌的備案嗎?如何操作呢?然后如果撤銷成功用別套資料的美國(guó)賬號(hào)備案這個(gè)品牌會(huì)關(guān)聯(lián)嗎?

可能我理解有點(diǎn)誤差,二審掛了的賬號(hào),還可以去品牌備案那里把自己的角色刪了嗎? 我記得是啥窗口都沒有了不,只留了申訴的窗口呀?
不管具體情況如何,這里分享一下我們歐洲賬號(hào)死了,如何把品牌解綁的過(guò)程:
賬號(hào)被凍結(jié)的(deactivated), 但是還是可以登陸只是啥也不能干,除非開申訴賬號(hào)的case時(shí):

方向A:?
與賣家支持搭上線:直接郵件解綁
邏輯是:因?yàn)橘~號(hào)凍結(jié),關(guān)閉了非申訴入口的一切case方向,則現(xiàn)在需要通過(guò)第三方(郵箱)聯(lián)系上別人,然后讓別人幫我們解決問(wèn)題。
1.需要聯(lián)系品牌團(tuán)隊(duì)(brandregistry-help@amazon.co.uk)證明你是商標(biāo)所有者(需要提交相關(guān)資料證明你就是所有者),然后直接說(shuō)所有者(也就是你自己) 不允許亞馬遜再使用我注冊(cè)的商標(biāo)了【也可以使用其他說(shuō)辭】,請(qǐng)求亞馬遜團(tuán)隊(duì)幫助我們刪掉或清除該賬號(hào)的商標(biāo)備案。
2.抄送一些其他賣家支持團(tuán)隊(duì)郵箱,這樣幾率可能稍微大一點(diǎn)
3.所需資料:商標(biāo)證書,運(yùn)營(yíng)執(zhí)照,法人身份證,注冊(cè)回執(zhí)。
注: 有小伙伴抄送的郵箱選了Jeff的郵箱。。。照樣解綁成功。。

3. Business name 填法人or公司名
4. Email 填之前亞馬遜賬號(hào)的注冊(cè)郵箱
5. Question and comment:User email:亞馬遜賬號(hào)注冊(cè)郵箱Brand:已備案的品牌名 Specific reason for removal:隨便說(shuō)兩句,因?yàn)檫@個(gè)case不會(huì)成功的。
6.亞馬遜會(huì)回復(fù)你:We have closed this case because Amazon has deactivated your account. Refer to your Account Health Dashboard to learn more about the status of your account.

We pretty appreciate it that you can give us this chance to offer explanation about the brand removal situation.
About our seller account's BRAND REMOVAL. The Amazon account was suspended on August 25th because we currently do not meet the UK VAT requirements. Under tremendous pressure, so that our company legal person unanimously decided to close the UK site and close the brand registry account also. BUT WE CAN'T DELETE THE BRAND LIST DIRECTLY, PLEASE HELP US.
But unfortunately, when i enter the brand registry account to close and remove the Brand roles, case replies said "Amazon Nov 09, 2020 07:23 AM We have closed this case because Amazon has deactivated your account. Refer to your Account Health Dashboard to learn more about the status of your account.

Brand owner is no longer allowed to use this registered trademark on Amazon and need to remove this brand registration.
We have recognized this issue so asking help us delete or clear the trademark registration of the account.

另外,如果撤銷成功用別套資料的美國(guó)賬號(hào)備案這個(gè)品牌會(huì)關(guān)聯(lián)嗎?? 我們這個(gè)品牌沒有備案到別的店鋪,也是害怕關(guān)聯(lián),所以沒有去嘗試,我們是有美國(guó)是正常備案,直接美國(guó)授權(quán)出去的,你們情況和我們差不多,所以可以直接歐洲授權(quán)給美國(guó)其他店鋪,是可以正常使用的,不需要重新備案到其他店鋪,個(gè)人認(rèn)為有風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。為了安全,還是不搞吧。
