店鋪a封了，鏈接正常，鏈接都做了透明計(jì)劃。
店鋪b跟賣不了，就去撤銷了a店的備案加入了b店里面
最開(kāi)始b店鋪想跟賣需要2個(gè)許可：透明計(jì)劃+品牌
現(xiàn)在b店鋪備案成功，也確定成功了，也給店鋪b授權(quán)了透明計(jì)劃?rùn)?quán)限。跟賣透明計(jì)劃的限制沒(méi)有了，卻還是需要品牌許可（品牌授權(quán)書(shū)或者發(fā)票）

?遇到過(guò)一樣的問(wèn)題，授權(quán)到新帳號(hào)的品牌，跟賣前賬號(hào)的產(chǎn)品，收到的消息一樣，需要提供發(fā)票。開(kāi)品牌case，表明已經(jīng)獲得品牌授權(quán)，一般24h就可以恢復(fù)鏈接。附上成功的郵件信息。
