We are unable to move forward with the approval process, as we still have not received the requested compliance documentation. The documents submitted do not meet our requirements.

The consumer registration card submitted for your product does not meet all of the legal requirements set forth by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. We have removed the product listings at the bottom of the message.

2. Under Product Compliance Requests, click Documentation Requests.
3. Click Provide Documentation next to the product.
4. Click Yes on Is this an Appeal?
