亞馬遜丟件，F(xiàn)BA你們都索賠成功了嗎？采購(gòu)發(fā)票是怎么樣的？如果必須是增值稅發(fā)票，那我們供應(yīng)商也拿不出，還是說(shuō)叫廠家隨意開(kāi)個(gè)普通采購(gòu)單再蓋個(gè)章就行？

我有兩票貨總共丟了400多件，6月初發(fā)的，快遞已經(jīng)顯示簽收了，但亞馬遜一直沒(méi)有上架，也不能開(kāi)啟貨件差異調(diào)查。
今天開(kāi)了英文客服的case提交了貨代給的POD簽收單（簽了字沒(méi)蓋章），亞馬遜卻說(shuō)要提供采購(gòu)發(fā)票才可以開(kāi)啟調(diào)查。這是個(gè)什么邏輯？你們簽收的，現(xiàn)在反過(guò)來(lái)叫我提供各種證據(jù)。
ps: 這個(gè)采購(gòu)發(fā)票是怎么樣的？如果必須是增值稅發(fā)票，那我們供應(yīng)商也拿不出，還是說(shuō)叫廠家隨意開(kāi)個(gè)普通采購(gòu)單再蓋個(gè)章就行？
這要是索賠不到，那損失是真大。有沒(méi)有兄弟姐妹指導(dǎo)下？謝謝

The proof of purchase must be the original invoice from the supplier or manufacturer and must include:
Date of the purchase
Product name of the missing items
Quantity purchased
Full name and address of invoice issuer
Full name and address of purchaser
The purchase price is not required and may be obscured.
If you are the manufacturer, please send a copy of the signed / stamped packing slip which must include:
Date of delivery
Product name of the missing items
Quantity shipped
