買家之聲該產(chǎn)品的買家滿意度是良好,但是被以負面買家體驗 (NCX) 比率高下架
但是我查看了買家之聲,顯示該ASIN 此商品的績效等同或優(yōu)于類似商品,買家滿意度是良好,沒有“解決問題”按鈕
查看賬戶狀況,在商品政策合規(guī)性中,顯示該商品因負面買家體驗 (NCX) 比率高,已經(jīng)被移除
后臺收到case ,標題為ASIN ***** – Investigation ,沒有內(nèi)容
這款產(chǎn)品之前從沒有任何問題。收到的郵件卻說:“由于您出售的商品因買家不滿意率高而被多次禁止”。蒙圈。。。。。。
以前有產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)過負面買家體驗 (NCX) 比率高被禁止銷售的情況,重新發(fā)布就可以了。現(xiàn)在是什么情況???
開case,客服回復(fù)良好也有可能被績效團隊禁售的,有負面反饋都有可能會被禁售。。。。
審查時間需要4天或更長時間
這款產(chǎn)品亞馬遜倉有上百庫存,在途運輸中的還有上百,哭
難道真的只能等下去嗎???

As the investigation has now been completed, your offer has been reinstated and you may resume sending additional units to Amazon fulfillment centers. In order to continue selling this ASIN, please reactivate your listing.
If customers continue to report a negative experience with your ASIN offer at a consistent rate, it will be suspended again and you will be required to provide a plan of action to be considered for reinstatement.
