第一次次收到績(jī)效說(shuō)品牌需要修改,Listing變狗。寫過(guò)申訴后,還是沒通過(guò),請(qǐng)問(wèn)有遇到同樣的情況有解決的嗎
收到亞馬遜績(jī)效通知郵件,說(shuō)我店鋪有ASIN因?yàn)樵谠斍轫?yè)面添加了不正確的信息,需要修改的屬性:品牌成為受限商品。我的產(chǎn)品8月18 白天就開始被跟賣,我也用品牌趕了很多次,趕不走。然后晚上就被關(guān),就收到了這樣的郵件。一天真的是讓人很讓人難過(guò)。
今天寫了申訴但是也沒通過(guò),
以下是原郵件內(nèi)容:

Why did this happen? Sellers on Amazon.com are not allowed to add inaccurate information to product detail pages. We’re here to help. To edit your ASINs:?
1. In the Inventory section of Seller Central, select Manage Inventory.?
2. Search for the ASIN you would like to edit and click Fix Stranded Inventory.?
3. Edit the inactive ASIN by updating the current page.?
4. Save, then email listings-evaluation@amazon.com with a description of what you have fixed on the product detail page. Once we review the product detail page and determine the policy issue has been addressed, we will reinstate the ASIN. Have your listings been removed in error? If you believe there has been an error, please tell us why. Your explanation should include the following information: -- The reason the listing does not violate our Product Detail Page policies. What happens if I do not provide the requested information??
