跟你說說我們的處理方法吧:
首先就得自己查,查清楚了是什么侵權(quán),才能知道接下來怎么處理;
如果是用了別人的商標(biāo)啥的,刪除就好了,聯(lián)系版權(quán)方撤訴或是找亞馬遜解釋,只要你做了處理,這個案底是可以消除的;
專利侵權(quán)啥,一是可以找專利的漏洞,跟你的產(chǎn)品不同;供應(yīng)商有專利;有效時間;注冊時間和你上架時間,市場上鋪貨的時間等進(jìn)行解釋。二是如果你什么漏洞都找不出,第一首先就是下架,聯(lián)系對方(當(dāng)然對方不一定理你),還是得找亞馬遜解釋,言辭懇切,有理有據(jù),只是想解決這個小紅旗給你賬號的影響的話,一點(diǎn)都不難。
方法是多樣的,最終能給你解決的還是亞馬遜。
