I understand that your concern is regarding unable to list the ASIN B07FFXXXXX.
I would like to inform you that I have receive an update from our internal team that we would require a proof stating that the brand """XXXXX""" has the permission to use the EAN/UPCs owned by "Covers Company Inc.".
The proof of affiliation/relation between brand and EAN owner can be in the form of either of the following:
1.Copyright
2.Trademark
3.Legal Agreement
4.Letter of Affiliation
Please note that the letter of affiliation:
1.Should be clear & legible
2.Should contain letterhead (preferably with logo)
3.Should include the issuer's name and contact information (this can also be found in the footer of the letter or indicated in text)
4.The affiliation between the Brand & the Barcode Owner should be clearly called out 5.The letter should be authentic (see Signs of a Digitally Manipulated Document here) Note: The letter must also include the point of contact at the brand or manufacturer that Amazon can contact to verify.
