一個ASIN發(fā)貨數(shù)量被限制, 發(fā)不了貨了!——后續(xù)問題,UPC碼的問題
被責令寫計劃。。。 對運營中潛在的問題要逐一排查,不要抱僥幸心理。
?不知道各位同學有沒有遇到過這個問題:
創(chuàng)建shipping plan的時候, 這個ASIN不能發(fā)貨,其他ASIN正常。
它的提示是:“You are already at the maximum inventory allowed for this product, due to capacity or other restrictions. This product must be removed from this shipment.”
開case問了兩個不同的客服, 說是“
For a select group of ASINs, FBA may limit the maximum quantity that you can ship to our fulfillment centers. These limits are intended to help you avoid sending products that already have high overall inventory levels but low customer demand.
Items that have been in our fulfillment centers for six to 12 months or 12 months or more (with an exemption of one item for each applicable product ASIN) will be assessed a semi-annual long-term storage fee on our inventory cleanup dates (February 15 and April 15 of each year).
”
頭疼啊, 這個ASIN過去一個月賣了900個,現(xiàn)在庫存800多個,預備發(fā)海運過去的。庫存800多個,這個不算是高庫存啊。
另外在help頁面查到另外一段可能引起這個問題的答案:
“If you file a removal order for sellable inventory on or before August 14, 2016, you will be unable to send in additional units of these ASINs until January 1, 2017. You may regain the ability to send limited quantities this ASIN to Amazon if your inventory levels are less than your total projected sales for the next four weeks. These projected sales are based your actual sales from the past 90 days.
In addition, if you remove only unsellable units of an ASIN via automated removals or via a manually filed removal order, you may still send sellable units of this ASIN to Amazon.”
我大概是在8月4號左右把其中10個左右客戶退貨的,有破損導致不能賣的,通過removal order移除到別的地方了,
難道是這個原因嗎?
希望各位經(jīng)驗豐富的朋友們能指點一二。 求破解之道。

亞馬遜之前說的是當你的庫存量少于之前四周的銷量的時候,然后才可以繼續(xù)發(fā)FBA,亞馬遜后臺也有一個報告是可以查他們預計的庫存支撐周數(shù)。也就是說那個周數(shù)的值小于4的時候,限制才會自動解除。但是我之前觀察過,他們這個數(shù)據(jù)有滯后性,所以我寫case的時候抓住了這一點來說明,主要是說如果有這個限制而你們后臺數(shù)據(jù)更新很慢的話,等我能夠發(fā)FBA的時候,肯定是斷貨很久了,這樣不僅我的銷量受到影響,亞馬遜肯定也會有所損失,大致就是強調(diào)這些;
第二個就是說一下這款產(chǎn)品的表現(xiàn),排名,歷史銷量,預計銷量,近期活動(有無約好的deals)這些,突出表現(xiàn)這款產(chǎn)品的重要性,然后提出你們已經(jīng)建立了海運的shipping plan,船期等等也已經(jīng)定好,同時承認錯誤,但要說明自己對這條政策不是很清楚,所以這次才會違反了政策,后面肯定不會繼續(xù)犯,希望亞馬遜能網(wǎng)開一面,能調(diào)整一下限制,允許你們發(fā)這次的海運。
我這個case來回回復后,起到了一點作用,亞馬遜有幫我調(diào)整一下限制,可發(fā)貨數(shù)量也增加了。樓主嘗試一下,不一定能有預期的效果。。。加油,祝你好運!
