8月19號(hào)更新——為了解決ASIN發(fā)貨數(shù)量的問(wèn)題， 好不容易客服網(wǎng)開(kāi)一面，同意放寬限制，結(jié)果review來(lái)review去，他們發(fā)現(xiàn)我的UPC碼不正規(guī)，我得說(shuō)我的UPC碼是2013年買(mǎi)的。我真的是欲哭無(wú)淚。 一早上一起來(lái)，listing大部分被下架，只留了2個(gè)。
被責(zé)令寫(xiě)計(jì)劃。。。 對(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)中潛在的問(wèn)題要逐一排查，不要抱僥幸心理。
?不知道各位同學(xué)有沒(méi)有遇到過(guò)這個(gè)問(wèn)題：
創(chuàng)建shipping plan的時(shí)候， 這個(gè)ASIN不能發(fā)貨，其他ASIN正常。
它的提示是：“You are already at the maximum inventory allowed for this product, due to capacity or other restrictions. This product must be removed from this shipment.”
開(kāi)case問(wèn)了兩個(gè)不同的客服， 說(shuō)是“
For a select group of ASINs, FBA may limit the maximum quantity that you can ship to our fulfillment centers. These limits are intended to help you avoid sending products that already have high overall inventory levels but low customer demand.
Items that have been in our fulfillment centers for six to 12 months or 12 months or more (with an exemption of one item for each applicable product ASIN) will be assessed a semi-annual long-term storage fee on our inventory cleanup dates (February 15 and April 15 of each year).
”
頭疼啊， 這個(gè)ASIN過(guò)去一個(gè)月賣(mài)了900個(gè)，現(xiàn)在庫(kù)存800多個(gè)，預(yù)備發(fā)海運(yùn)過(guò)去的。庫(kù)存800多個(gè)，這個(gè)不算是高庫(kù)存啊。
另外在help頁(yè)面查到另外一段可能引起這個(gè)問(wèn)題的答案：
“If you file a removal order for sellable inventory on or before August 14, 2016, you will be unable to send in additional units of these ASINs until January 1, 2017. You may regain the ability to send limited quantities this ASIN to Amazon if your inventory levels are less than your total projected sales for the next four weeks. These projected sales are based your actual sales from the past 90 days.
In addition, if you remove only unsellable units of an ASIN via automated removals or via a manually filed removal order, you may still send sellable units of this ASIN to Amazon.”
我大概是在8月4號(hào)左右把其中10個(gè)左右客戶(hù)退貨的，有破損導(dǎo)致不能賣(mài)的，通過(guò)removal order移除到別的地方了，
難道是這個(gè)原因嗎？
希望各位經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的朋友們能指點(diǎn)一二。 求破解之道。

亞馬遜之前說(shuō)的是當(dāng)你的庫(kù)存量少于之前四周的銷(xiāo)量的時(shí)候，然后才可以繼續(xù)發(fā)FBA，亞馬遜后臺(tái)也有一個(gè)報(bào)告是可以查他們預(yù)計(jì)的庫(kù)存支撐周數(shù)。也就是說(shuō)那個(gè)周數(shù)的值小于4的時(shí)候，限制才會(huì)自動(dòng)解除。但是我之前觀(guān)察過(guò)，他們這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)有滯后性，所以我寫(xiě)case的時(shí)候抓住了這一點(diǎn)來(lái)說(shuō)明，主要是說(shuō)如果有這個(gè)限制而你們后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)更新很慢的話(huà)，等我能夠發(fā)FBA的時(shí)候，肯定是斷貨很久了，這樣不僅我的銷(xiāo)量受到影響，亞馬遜肯定也會(huì)有所損失，大致就是強(qiáng)調(diào)這些；
第二個(gè)就是說(shuō)一下這款產(chǎn)品的表現(xiàn)，排名，歷史銷(xiāo)量，預(yù)計(jì)銷(xiāo)量，近期活動(dòng)（有無(wú)約好的deals)這些，突出表現(xiàn)這款產(chǎn)品的重要性，然后提出你們已經(jīng)建立了海運(yùn)的shipping plan，船期等等也已經(jīng)定好，同時(shí)承認(rèn)錯(cuò)誤，但要說(shuō)明自己對(duì)這條政策不是很清楚，所以這次才會(huì)違反了政策，后面肯定不會(huì)繼續(xù)犯，希望亞馬遜能網(wǎng)開(kāi)一面，能調(diào)整一下限制，允許你們發(fā)這次的海運(yùn)。
我這個(gè)case來(lái)回回復(fù)后，起到了一點(diǎn)作用，亞馬遜有幫我調(diào)整一下限制，可發(fā)貨數(shù)量也增加了。樓主嘗試一下，不一定能有預(yù)期的效果。。。加油，祝你好運(yùn)！
