有做美容儀產(chǎn)品的嗎?我最近上架這類產(chǎn)品一上架就會(huì)被凍結(jié),正常來(lái)說(shuō)2-3天就會(huì)審核通過(guò),但是最近上架的幾條鏈接已經(jīng)7-15天了,還在凍結(jié)中,請(qǐng)問(wèn)怎么解決?
?有做美容儀產(chǎn)品的嗎?我的產(chǎn)品是這個(gè)分類:Health & Household?Health Care?Alternative Medicine?Light Therapy,是一上架就會(huì)被亞馬遜刪除鏈接然后審核的分類,非FDA醫(yī)療器械審核,賬戶狀況?違反受限商品政策那里并不會(huì)有顯示,只是普通的產(chǎn)品上架審核。我之前上的鏈接,一般審核2-3天就會(huì)顯示通過(guò),狀態(tài)會(huì)從不可售(查看凍結(jié)原因)轉(zhuǎn)為缺貨,但是最近上架的幾條鏈接,都已經(jīng)審核7-15天了,狀態(tài)還是不可售(查看凍結(jié)原因)。

看附件截圖,正常來(lái)說(shuō),產(chǎn)品一上架就會(huì)被刪除鏈接,然后顯示“您的商品信息目前處于非在售狀態(tài)。最近創(chuàng)建的商品信息可能仍在處理中”,過(guò)一天就會(huì)顯示“你的鏈接正在等待亞馬遜合規(guī)性審查”,再過(guò)1-2天就會(huì)審核通過(guò),但是最近上架的鏈接,已經(jīng)很久了,還是處于“您的商品信息目前處于非在售狀態(tài)。最近創(chuàng)建的商品信息可能仍在處理中”這個(gè)狀態(tài)

建議
1、檢查后臺(tái) Listing 屬性填寫情況,進(jìn)入【管理庫(kù)存】->【編輯 Listing】->【商品信息】
檢查以下字段填寫是否正確:
Item Type Keyword(商品類型):確保選擇的是“Light Therapy”,避免誤選“Medical Device”
Intended Use(用途):建議填寫“General Wellness(一般健康用途)”或“Beauty and Skincare(美容護(hù)膚用途)”
Certification Required(認(rèn)證要求):如果有選項(xiàng),選擇“不需要 FDA 認(rèn)證(No FDA Required)”或類似選項(xiàng),確?!竞弦?guī)性(Compliance)】模塊中的信息沒(méi)有敏感詞或錯(cuò)誤
2、排查文案和圖片中的敏感信息
Title / Bullet Points / Description / A+ 頁(yè)面,去除可能引起審核延遲的敏感詞,例如:Treatment, Cure, Heal, Relieve, Pain Relief, Therapy, Clinical, Doctor Recommended, FDA Certified,替換為更安全的詞匯,如:“Helps improve skin appearance” → “Enhances skin tone”“Pain relief device” → “Comfort enhancement device”
3、圖片內(nèi)容檢查,圖片中避免包含任何醫(yī)學(xué)器械或治療效果的標(biāo)識(shí),如“紅光治療”、“皮膚病治療”等,
4、重新提交合規(guī)文件或補(bǔ)充材料提供 “Non-Medical Certification Statement”(非醫(yī)療聲明)說(shuō)明該產(chǎn)品屬于一般美容健康類用品,不用于醫(yī)療用途,上傳符合CE、RoHS、FCC 認(rèn)證的安全報(bào)告或產(chǎn)品測(cè)試報(bào)告,以支持產(chǎn)品符合合規(guī)要求,
