關(guān)于最近亞馬遜機(jī)器人喝農(nóng)藥醉駕撞死許多賣(mài)家的一些建議 ----農(nóng)藥事件

最近很多賣(mài)家反映產(chǎn)品好端端的就不能銷(xiāo)售，更沒(méi)有了編輯權(quán)。 我這里也是深受其害，多個(gè)賬號(hào)不同時(shí)間收到摧殘。

打了很多電話，開(kāi)了很多case，也用了論壇里刷模板的方法，能想到的辦法都想了，最終恢復(fù)了一部分，仍有一部分繼續(xù)inactive，欲哭無(wú)淚，哭天天不應(yīng)叫地地不靈的。

然后去網(wǎng)上查了下資料，大概原因是這樣的：

There are alot of sellers on Amazon making illegal and sometimes dangerous claims about their products. Additionally, their were some foreign sellers selling and shipping some very dangerous banned pesticides.
This got the attention of the EPA. After negotiations Amazon agreed to pay a $1.2M fine, prohibit foreign sellers from selling pesticides, and closely monitor certain claims and products covered under FIFRA.
If you have a product that claims to kill, resist, inhibit, mitigate, etc. any pest (weed, animal, insect, germ, virus, fungus, mold, etc.). You will be unable to sell your product on Amazon if a foreign seller.
If you are a domestic seller and you make any of these claims, you will need to take the elearning module, which you can find in Amazon’s Seller University and pass the test with at least an 80%.
If you want to avoid this modify your listings so they don’t mention things like, “anti-microbial”, “kills bacteria”, “all-natural”, “safe”, “non-toxic”, “anti-fungal”, “repels insect”, “mold/fungal resistant”. Taking the pesticide module if you received this notice will do a decent job of explaining why you received the notice. Many people are surprised to learn that devices like air and water purifiers are considered pesticides under federal law.
