最近有沒有比DANGO投訴專利侵權(quán),下架了鏈接的小伙伴,大家來研究下怎么處理?

律師撤訴與否在于權(quán)利方讓不讓,如果產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能非常接近的話,那基本是真實侵權(quán)了,對方如果愿意和解撤訴或者收錢授權(quán)專利的話,你發(fā)承認侵權(quán)郵件過去請求和解,看對方會回復(fù)嗎,聯(lián)系的模板可以看附件
不承認申訴的話要不侵權(quán)報告,需要uspto備案律師出具,真實侵權(quán)也不會有律師敢開,像這種不侵權(quán)證明
所以目前最優(yōu)處理就是找對方和解,你自己聯(lián)系對方?jīng)]理你的話就得找律師去聯(lián)系對方了,你和一起被投訴的組團起來聯(lián)系更實惠一些,因為很多投訴律師是不和賣家談和解的
