來回提交美國站CPC不銹鋼餐具（刀叉勺）認證多次，半個月還是未能審核通過

新手不小心做了baby feeding這個類目，東西賣了大約1個月，不知道是不是巧合，在listing標題添加了baby這個關鍵詞幾天后，listing就被亞馬遜要求進行CPC認證。產(chǎn)品為全304不銹鋼餐具，一套4只，找了一家CPSC認可的機構進行認證，根據(jù)他們的建議，進行了以下檢測，并出具CPC證書：
1.US Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA) with amendment (H.R.2715)
2.Lead in Substrate materials of children’s products
3.Phthalates in children’s toys and child care articles?

提交給亞馬遜審核，未能審核通過。詢問多次，他們都不理會，只會重復進行以下回復：
Children's Product Certificate (CPC). Document must meet the following requirements:
? Include product name and description
? Contain name of the manufacturer
? Include date and location where product was manufactured
? Include date and location where the product was tested
? Include name, address of the lab that conducted the testing
? Include the list of each consumer product safety regulation to which the product was certified for
? Please visit the CPC website for more information

如果你再怎么詢問，他們就會把case關閉掉。無奈，只能開case問亞馬遜客服，郁悶的是，亞馬遜客服說他們不能幫我聯(lián)系審核團隊（不知道是否真是這樣），只能在我的case里面?zhèn)渥⒆寣徍藞F隊告知我未能通過的原因，可惜經(jīng)過多次交涉，審核團隊還是沒有告知為什么審核不過的原因。

沒辦法，只能在網(wǎng)上尋找資料，CPC網(wǎng)上找了這么一個鏈接：https://business.cpsc.gov/robot/decision/viewreport/7-85-87
說可能需要做FDA認證，想著前面的錢也花了，審核不過就等于錢沒了，只能硬著頭皮繼續(xù)做了，所以又花了錢做產(chǎn)品的FDA認證，最后CPC報告里面更新了FDA檢測項，并提交給亞馬遜審核，遺憾的是，審核還是未能通過，再次詢問原因，還是無可奉告。

其實我已經(jīng)不知道是哪里有問題了，基本的項都有，剩下的可能就是檢測標準的問題了。找了網(wǎng)上，也發(fā)現(xiàn)有一些人跟我是一樣的情況，證書跟報告都提交了，也認為審核是做得齊全了，但就是未能審核通過。
