兒童木制產(chǎn)品cpc認(rèn)證缺少追蹤標(biāo)簽 缺少信息過不了，提交無數(shù)次，修改格式，找實(shí)驗(yàn)室更新了信息，也還是不通過，找不到對(duì)接客服溝通，求教到底是哪部分有問題。另外木制產(chǎn)品追蹤標(biāo)簽可以打印出來貼在上面嗎？

1. 無產(chǎn)品包裝的窒息小標(biāo)簽或者產(chǎn)者 追蹤標(biāo)簽（兒童類產(chǎn)品一旦涉及到可能窒息的塑料包裝都需要貼這種防窒息小標(biāo)簽，一般亞馬遜不會(huì)查，查到可能會(huì)下架）
2. 認(rèn)證問題，cpc認(rèn)證無美代，cpc需要以公司來簽署美國(guó)代理，后期產(chǎn)品出問題可以直接找美代（整個(gè)店鋪所有產(chǎn)品可以共用一個(gè)美代），具體類似歐代；其次這類認(rèn)證是一年一簽，一年后會(huì)過期（過期的認(rèn)證大概率也可以過，但是還是看運(yùn)氣）；
3. 產(chǎn)品及包裝的六面圖
4. 年齡問題，產(chǎn)品適用年齡一定要在三歲以上，listing頁面任何關(guān)于年齡問題的最好跟認(rèn)證保持一致，不一致有可能導(dǎo)致被下架；
5. 監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)的說明、表明產(chǎn)品合規(guī)，也就是美國(guó)消費(fèi)者委員會(huì)的正面的答復(fù)
6. POA/合規(guī)函
7. 純粹運(yùn)氣問題了，我的多條連接任何都齊全合規(guī)情況下還是被下架，欲哭無淚。

對(duì)應(yīng)解決辦法：
1. 產(chǎn)品外包裝都貼防窒息小標(biāo)簽以及產(chǎn)品追蹤標(biāo)簽（做cpc認(rèn)證時(shí)候需要需要的那些信息），跟產(chǎn)品小標(biāo)簽差不多大小即可，或者直接印刷到產(chǎn)品外包裝；
2. 認(rèn)證合規(guī)，美代合規(guī)，認(rèn)證盡量一年一簽（想省錢的話同一個(gè)店鋪多個(gè)產(chǎn)品可一起做一個(gè)認(rèn)證一個(gè)美代）；
3. 提供產(chǎn)品及包裝的六面圖，重新開case，基本很快能過；
4. 鏈接編輯頁面-產(chǎn)品詳情-年齡范圍說明，跟任何上年齡保持一致；關(guān)于競(jìng)品詳情頁面無WARNING標(biāo)志（WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD - Small parts. Not for children under 3 yrs.），其實(shí)也好解決：鏈接編輯頁面-安全與合規(guī)欄-強(qiáng)制性警告聲明列-由之前的 No Warning Applicable 換成 Choking hazardsmallparts即可解決，但是在編輯頁面這個(gè)選項(xiàng)大概率是鎖定無法編輯的的，所以必須要用模板刷才可以刷過來，這個(gè)不解決也可能隨時(shí)被下架；
5. 美國(guó)消費(fèi)者委員會(huì)正面回復(fù)的合規(guī)說明郵件；
6. 合規(guī)函可能比較難搞，但是POA就比較容易了，可以自己編輯，大意如下：因?yàn)椴涣私鈦嗰R遜兒童產(chǎn)品方面政策導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品停售，所有我們?cè)敿?xì)研讀亞馬遜新規(guī)，給產(chǎn)品做兒童相關(guān)了所有認(rèn)證及檢測(cè)，材料和檢測(cè)報(bào)告如下，然后提供這上面六點(diǎn)證據(jù)及檢測(cè)認(rèn)證這些，表明產(chǎn)品方方面面都已合規(guī)，請(qǐng)求亞馬遜恢復(fù)連接銷售權(quán)；
7. 只能多開case，最好英文，產(chǎn)品合規(guī)情況一一列舉出來，附上認(rèn)證附件，或者可以電話英文客服，也可解決下架不可售問題，時(shí)間方面只能看運(yùn)氣。
