品牌授權(quán)成功 ， 但是不能跟賣， 顯示 賬戶不符合要求

品牌授權(quán)給小號(hào)，直接授權(quán)的管理員，也顯示授權(quán)成功了， UPC 豁免也成功了，但是小號(hào)跟賣的時(shí)候需要批準(zhǔn)， 點(diǎn)擊申請批準(zhǔn)，直接彈出“賬戶不符合要求”，沒有任何提交資料的入口， 開了無數(shù)的case， 一直得不到解答， 一直在等回復(fù)，哪位大神碰到過這種情況？（PS:該品牌某些ASIN參加了透明計(jì)劃，但是跟賣的ASIN 是沒有參加透明計(jì)劃的ASIN）
