日本公司注冊(cè)失敗原因，和是否可以用這套資料重新注冊(cè)？

用的同學(xué)的日本駕照注冊(cè)的日本本土公司，但是用的時(shí)護(hù)照去注冊(cè)的店鋪，視頻驗(yàn)證后被拒，郵件得到回復(fù)
