品牌A已經(jīng)在美國品牌備案，現(xiàn)在同個(gè)商標(biāo)申請(qǐng)了英國商標(biāo)，已下證書，商標(biāo)申請(qǐng)人和賬戶后臺(tái)信息是一樣的，但是英國商標(biāo)備案失敗，有處理類似成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)么？

在這里添加英國商標(biāo)和注冊(cè)號(hào)，case回復(fù)：
We are unable to approve your application at this time due to the following reason:
The status of the trademark registration number you entered does not match the status found in the Trademark Website.
Your trademark registration number is in Registered Status but you applied it as Pending status.
Please ensure you are entering the correct trademark application number and selecting the correct trademark status during enrollment before trying again (registered or pending).
備案失敗，但是發(fā)現(xiàn)申請(qǐng)狀態(tài)是沒辦法修改的，開了case客服說重新申請(qǐng)。

另一種就是在美國站進(jìn)行備案，英國的商標(biāo)可以通過【添加附件商標(biāo)】的方式在美國進(jìn)行備案。操作路徑和之前一樣。

Currently, we are only able to process requests to add additional trademarks when they are requested through the Add Additional Trademarks form.
Please follow these steps to add additional trademarks:
1. Log into https://brandregistry.amazon.com
2. On the navigation bar click on Manage > Manage Trademarks
3. Enter all the required information and click the “Upload Trademark” buttons
