收到這種專利侵權(quán)的郵件怎么辦？第一次碰到這種情況，咨詢了一些人，說(shuō)是法院凍結(jié)，需要和解，是無(wú)法申訴的，否則里面的錢是拿不出來(lái)的，雖然里面沒(méi)多少錢，但是我們有兩款私模產(chǎn)品在上面賣，還在新品推廣階段

沒(méi)有查到這家公司的專利號(hào)，可能是我不會(huì)查。。。
問(wèn)過(guò)供應(yīng)商那邊，他們說(shuō)只有歐洲的專利，沒(méi)有美國(guó)的。

這種情況因?yàn)槭锹伤鹪V到法院，法院下發(fā)臨時(shí)凍結(jié)令給亞馬遜平臺(tái)凍結(jié)你的資金，是沒(méi)有辦法通過(guò)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃來(lái)解決的，只能通過(guò)和解和應(yīng)訴兩種方式來(lái)解決，要不就放棄賬號(hào)，重新?lián)Q一個(gè)；因?yàn)閮鼋Y(jié)的只是你的資金，如果你的庫(kù)存貨值較大你可以通過(guò)移倉(cāng)來(lái)解決你的庫(kù)存，或者利用小號(hào)來(lái)把你的庫(kù)存消耗掉；；
二來(lái)你主要是有兩款私模產(chǎn)品，如果還是新品推廣期，可以考慮換個(gè)賬號(hào)重新推廣，一來(lái)即使你和解，你的和解金最少也要2000美金，加上服務(wù)商的律師費(fèi)用，也是一筆不小的支出；二來(lái)是你并沒(méi)有多少庫(kù)存，而且凍結(jié)的資金也不多，也沒(méi)有什么必要去進(jìn)行和解，換一個(gè)賬號(hào)直接一點(diǎn)，不然和解時(shí)間都差不多一兩個(gè)月時(shí)間，你這些時(shí)間不能運(yùn)營(yíng)，也不能進(jìn)行新品推廣，都是一種浪費(fèi)
