亞馬遜美國站被Keener律所告上SNAPPARZ 商標(biāo)，去年都刪掉了鏈接半年之后現(xiàn)在才來律師函，有沒有一起組隊討論的？

昨天看了下店鋪資金被預(yù)留起來了 覺得奇怪 在看下了下郵件是這樣的：

滅鼠先鋒之后的一款握力器產(chǎn)品。我是搭配在套裝里銷售，我也知道Snapperz這個是商標(biāo)，當(dāng)初也查過這個產(chǎn)品沒有外觀侵權(quán)，所以用了Snapper描述。這本身是一個名詞，他們的商標(biāo)多了一個Z 字母，這都能告到我了，想發(fā)個帖子有沒有一起組團應(yīng)訴的可能 ？

律所用爬蟲去抓鏈接，即使下架了，他爬到了有賣上這款產(chǎn)品的證據(jù)，就截圖下來取證了，這些律所吃相太難看，但凡有一點關(guān)聯(lián)的，不管三七二十一，先把你投訴了，因為他們咬定中國賣家大多是追求和解的，不會花那么多時間和金錢走應(yīng)訴的流程，你沒用到snapperz這個詞，如果是出單比較少，去做應(yīng)訴動議，即使最后沒真的打官司，和解金也能降的比較低
