不是只有和解，如果是以下符合任意條件，有機(jī)會(huì)做應(yīng)訴打掉：
1、一單沒出；
2、沒賣到伊利諾伊州；
3、出單比較少，但凍結(jié)金額比較高的。
這里說的打掉，是指先吧tro/pi資金凍結(jié)令打掉，釋放店鋪資金，案件還會(huì)繼續(xù)進(jìn)行，但我們就不至于一開始那么被動(dòng)。
