請(qǐng)教各位大佬,日本站該如何撤銷品牌備案?a店鋪有兩個(gè)品牌備案在上面,b店鋪為新店無(wú)任何品牌備案。出于安全著想,現(xiàn)在想撤銷a店鋪的兩個(gè)品牌備案,然后再換到新的店鋪去重新備案
- 方法1:
1. 打開鏈接:https://sellercentral.amazon.c?... ct-us
2. 選擇topic為“Account termination request”
3. Business name 填法人or公司名
4. Email 填之前亞馬遜賬號(hào)的注冊(cè)郵箱
5. Question and comment:
User email:亞馬遜賬號(hào)注冊(cè)郵箱
Brand:已備案的品牌名
Specific reason for removal:移除的原因:1用戶離開公司.2用戶不再與品牌合作(例如:經(jīng)銷商合同到期,經(jīng)銷商/3P合同取消等)

結(jié)果:郵件有被回復(fù),但是后臺(tái)case記錄和品牌case記錄都沒有生成任何相關(guān)case
回復(fù)如下:(請(qǐng)問這樣算是開case成功了嗎?還是需要再等待若干時(shí)間才會(huì)收到回復(fù)?)

- 方法2:
1.登錄賬戶,進(jìn)入亞馬遜品牌注冊(cè)頁(yè)面;
2.點(diǎn)擊Contact Brand Support;
3.點(diǎn)擊Fix issues related to user roles;
4.選擇remove刪除,并說(shuō)明理由。

結(jié)果:不知道是不是站點(diǎn)不同還是品牌頁(yè)面更新了,在日本站后臺(tái),沒有看到有remove的選項(xiàng),只能把要求寫在備注框里面。

If you are designated as an Administrator for a brand and would like to add or remove users in the role of a Rights Owner, Administrator or Registered Agent, please do so through self-service on the Brand Registry portal.
The steps are Settings > User Permissions > Invite a user to your brand. The Brand Registry Support team will no longer be servicing any tickets raised requesting for addition or removal of users in these roles.

然后你后臺(tái)就沒相應(yīng)的品牌。
