美國站被惡意投訴版權(quán)侵權(quán),復(fù)制我的listing頁面到自建站(抹去了品牌logo),向亞馬遜投訴侵權(quán),listing被下架,和亞馬遜申訴了但是沒有成功,應(yīng)該怎么解決?如何避免這種情況的發(fā)生?

1. 投訴人發(fā)的內(nèi)容是:
This comes to our attention that the seller XXX with asin:XXXX is now selling products with no authorization .completely plagiarized without authorization Our text and pictures.This bad behavior not only brings risks from fake product?
We try to contact the seller to confirm if they are really eligible to use our copyright.Unfortunately,we got no response to all our emails
?we gathered information bellow:
1.This seller did not reply any official inquiry about the authorization selling issue from us.
2.With seriouslycheckingabout qualified distributor list this seller is not on it which is obviously.
We have huge reasons to believe that this seller’s behavior is not only against Amazon selling rules but also a serious violation of our legitimate rights

2. 所有的圖片、文案都是我們自己拍攝、制作、編輯的,根本沒有版權(quán)侵權(quán)
3. 投訴人提供的商標(biāo)在我們的圖片、文案上根本沒有出現(xiàn)過,并且跟我們的品牌也沒有任何的關(guān)系
4. 通過后臺的申訴按鈕,根本上傳不了拍攝的原圖和制作的PSD原件(后臺不能提供超過10m的文件)
5. 每次提交申訴,亞馬遜都回復(fù)模板,DACM也提供過了,但是DACM太久了 要10天,中國公司還不一定被接受
6. 已經(jīng)提供過Google drive(包含了所有圖片的源文件),品牌證書、品牌授權(quán)證明、DACM (DACM說我們不規(guī)范)-- 未通過

請問現(xiàn)在有什么辦法可以申訴?最快的恢復(fù)listing?以及以后怎么徹底解決以及避免這個問題?
