去年注冊(cè)商標(biāo)，備案通過(guò)了
應(yīng)為當(dāng)時(shí)比較蛋疼使用了1B真是坑（還沒(méi)注冊(cè)的人一定要選用1A），現(xiàn)在要提交使用聲明還要交125美金，
最近收到商標(biāo)局的郵件，Official USPTO Notice of Allowance: U.S. Trademark
說(shuō)是要我提供使用聲明了，

另外這種使用聲明的格式要如何寫(xiě)，可以給個(gè)產(chǎn)考嗎？

謝謝各位獻(xiàn)策幫忙，這個(gè)17年底左右商標(biāo)已經(jīng)成R標(biāo)了，16年注冊(cè)的，具體程序現(xiàn)在有點(diǎn)記不起來(lái)，因?yàn)楫?dāng)時(shí)跟賣猖獗我自己注冊(cè)著急，手上沒(méi)有商標(biāo)的產(chǎn)品注冊(cè)的時(shí)候直接選擇1B（應(yīng)該選1A）導(dǎo)致后面需要提交“”使用聲明“”我提交的是使用聲明，1、是使用時(shí)間，2、使用的證據(jù)（我直接拿備案用的產(chǎn)品的圖片去上傳最好不要有PS痕跡），把你的商標(biāo)印刷在產(chǎn)品上不可移除最好。好像還要寫(xiě)一些將來(lái)要是別人侵權(quán)你的商標(biāo)你將要干什么告他之類的警告說(shuō)明吧，--
要是記起來(lái)了我在補(bǔ)充吧
