求救！！被同一個(gè)人連續(xù)發(fā)起圖片版權(quán)投訴，我產(chǎn)品是市場上的公模，很多人都在賣的，但是圖片是自己美工做的，全部保有PSD底圖。，求大神指點(diǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)辦法

在2020年十一月收到一個(gè)版權(quán)侵權(quán)投訴，顯示圖片已刪除。我馬上在知無不言上查找相似解決辦法，我產(chǎn)品是市場上的公模，很多人都在賣的，但是圖片是自己美工做的，全部保有PSD底圖。所以我參考同類型大神，采取了反投訴通知的辦法，將郵件編輯打印好簽名發(fā)到counter-notice@amazon.com。但是前兩天收到亞馬遜回復(fù)如下

We have received your counter-notice and have determined that the counter notice is not compliant with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). We are unable to take action without a DMCA compliant counter-notice.
If you continue to request reinstatement under the DMCA, please send us a revised written counter-notice. The counter-notice must contain the following information:
1. The ASIN of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where the content appeared before it was removed or disabled;
2. A statement by you declaring under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material at issue was either misidentified or mistakenly removed;
3. Your name, address, and telephone number;

As a responsible seller, we always sell products based on all the principles and regulations on Amazon and are committed to maintaining a good selling market with other sellers together. We fully understand Amazon's rules and understand the dangers of infringement. We have always followed Amazon’s sales rules. But all the photos are done by ourselves and we also have our own official links. Can u tell me what's the problem? This seller's repeated malicious complaints have had a great impact on our store. I hope Amazon can stop this malicious behavior. It's unfair to any seller.I believe that Amazon is a fair and equitable platform. The pictures of our products are made by our photography. 然后我也是被對(duì)方不停地投訴版權(quán)侵權(quán)，兩個(gè)月投訴了7次，但是我都申訴回來了，然后我就意識(shí)到不對(duì)勁，有可能對(duì)方不是為了投訴我圖片侵權(quán)，而是他們已經(jīng)在申請(qǐng)產(chǎn)品專利了，但是專利還沒下來，所以只能投訴圖片侵權(quán)，申訴回來后我就果斷把產(chǎn)品清完就不賣了，一個(gè)月后，果然很多賣家都被下架了鏈接，只剩下那一家在賣，幸好我及時(shí)收手了，所以你最好注意一下，別到時(shí)候變成產(chǎn)品侵權(quán)那就得不償失了
ps:這個(gè)產(chǎn)品我看別的賣家也是賣了好幾年的
