賣了幾個月的產(chǎn)品listing被人完全復制新建了asin，然后投訴我版權(quán)侵權(quán)，十幾個產(chǎn)品被下架

最近別人跟賣我?guī)讉€鏈接，我們用品牌成功投訴了一批跟賣，然后就是被這些人惡意報復。

10月20日夜里連續(xù)收到15個侵權(quán)通知，內(nèi)容都是：
We are contacting you because we received a report of copyright infringement on the product detail page associated with one or more of your listings. Sellers on Amazon.com are not allowed to use copyrighted text without authorization from the rights holder.
郵件最后有的備注了我侵權(quán)了哪個投訴人的asin，大多數(shù)asin在投訴完都被投訴人刪除了，有幾個還能打開。listing的內(nèi)容就是完全復制我的圖片標題，五點長描述，也可以看到listing的新建時間是10月20日。亞馬遜沒有經(jīng)過任何辨別，直接就下架我的十幾個listing。

有沒有遇到這種被在同一個站點復制listing，然后被惡意投訴下架的小伙伴，希望能夠分享下您解決這個惡意侵權(quán)投訴的經(jīng)驗，十分感謝。
