歐洲的產(chǎn)品，有品牌，申請了歐盟專利，請問怎么投訴別人？

產(chǎn)品的圖片和文案都被盜用，有原圖，也有產(chǎn)品專利，請問怎么投訴別人，在后臺舉報違規(guī)行為投訴了，但是不接受，前臺的侵權(quán)表格填寫了，收到了一封郵件，說失敗了，無法證明我們是專利擁有者。大致如下：

請問接下來要怎么處理？重新開一個侵權(quán)投訴，然后附上這個驗證碼，還是回復(fù)這整個郵件？但是還是沒地方可以提供附件，沒法證明我們是專利擁有者。
