二審已判刑!過了五個(gè)月,要我提供信用卡賬單?還是說我給的信用卡賬單無(wú)效?到底是哪里出了紕漏呢,求賜教
20.3.24英文郵件,3.25收到中文郵件,內(nèi)容是一樣的。我給了去銀行官網(wǎng)下載12月的賬單,電子版和打印版都提交了。(去銀行時(shí),銀行人員讓我去官網(wǎng)下載,只有11月扣過一次款,我便下載了12月的賬單)。提交后也一直沒有回復(fù),但我最近一直跟進(jìn)著。
20.4.23收到回復(fù),還是不給我恢復(fù)賬戶,說我的文件無(wú)法驗(yàn)證是有效信用卡。我不知道是我會(huì)錯(cuò)意了,可能亞馬遜并不是想我提供信用卡?還是說我給的信用卡賬單無(wú)效?不應(yīng)該呀!雖說是官網(wǎng)下載,也是有招商銀行的章的呀!到底是哪里出了紕漏呢,求賜教:

What happens if I do not send the requested information?

1/你后臺(tái)綁定的信用卡賬單,原則是最近180天賬單,有時(shí)會(huì)要求90以內(nèi)的,賬單要有銀行蓋章的,比如建行可以自助打印,出來就帶有蓋章。
2/如果你只單獨(dú)提供了信用卡賬單,很多時(shí)候不通過的原因,是因?yàn)槟銢]有同時(shí)提供身份證證明,所以身份證也是要拍照一起提供的
3/另外營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照也要一起提供。這就是亞馬遜真正想要的
4/細(xì)節(jié)部分-就是每一個(gè)文件名都用英文表示。
資料提交需要真實(shí),完整,清晰,明確。你所遇到的問題主要是資料不完整
