?品牌已經(jīng)在美國備案，現(xiàn)在有同名同類但持有人不同的英國商標(biāo)
這種情況可以在歐洲新賬號單獨備案嗎，還是只能通過品牌授權(quán)呢？

備案時需要提供：

與商標(biāo)注冊人一致的營業(yè)執(zhí)照（或相應(yīng)文件）；
